Bag filters are the most common air filters in HVAC systems and are used in industrial and commercial applications as well as residential use to improve indoor air quality and comfort. The filters in the supply air are used as first and second stage filters, either as a complete filtration solution for these applications or as a pre-filter for cleanroom process applications. Bag Air Filter are also used in exhaust or recirculation systems to protect air handling units. Bag filters have significantly higher dust holding capacity and longer service life than other filters.

Product Advantages

Robust, leak-proof frame construction

M-PACK adopts a double-layer U-shaped aluminum alloy outer frame. The bag is propped up by a support grille locked in the U-shaped frame. The adjacent grille tightly presses the bag mouth and locks it with a special knot, to prevent the filter bag from falling off and damage during handling and use. All metal edges of the filter are rolled inward to avoid scratches during filter installation and replacement, making operation easy and safe.

High-quality fluffy synthetic fiber filter material

 M-PACK filter material adopts imported synthetic fiber filter material, and the filter material is processed by four layers of different non-woven fabrics through a special process to form a dense structure, so that the filter can achieve high dust holding capacity and low resistance. The acupuncture layer and the microfiber layer in the filter material also ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter material.

Ultrasonic seamless sealing

Ultrasonic stitching technology seals the bag on three sides and seals it with glue at the corners of the back of the frame to ensure that the filter will not be damaged in harsh working environments. The filter bag adopts a reinforced grille, which divides the bag into uniform horizontal airflow channels, so that the bag can expand to the maximum extent, so that the airflow can pass through evenly, which greatly improves the use area of ​​the filter material and increases the dust holding capacity of the filter, also reduces the filter pressure.
